Zondria Campbell - Arkansas Executive Director

Zondria Campbell brings more than 20 years of distinguished service in education to her role as Executive Director of AMS Arkansas. Her professional experience spans multiple levels of the K–12 system, including roles as a teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, and principal. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of instructional leadership, student supports, and the operational structures necessary for school success.
Ms. Campbell has a strong record of strengthening academic programs, advancing data-driven instructional practices, and cultivating school cultures grounded in high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Most recently, she served as Principal of Joe T. Robinson Middle School, where she led initiatives that elevated student achievement, enhanced staff professional learning communities, and reinforced systems that supported both academic and social-emotional growth.
Her academic preparation reflects her commitment to educational excellence. Ms. Campbell earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, followed by an Educational Specialist degree from Harding University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate at Arkansas Tech University, where her research focuses on leadership practices in high-performing Arkansas schools.
As Executive Director of AMS Arkansas, Ms. Campbell is dedicated to advancing rigorous instruction, supporting strong campus leadership, and ensuring that every school has the structures and coaching necessary for students to thrive. She looks forward to working closely with AMS staff, families, and community stakeholders to further strengthen the academic and operational vision of AMS Arkansas.
